and Lyme Bay with all their water activities. We have
an English frontage, Moorish interior and a breath taking

We offer Bed & Breakfast with a choice of two luxurious
double rooms one of which has sea views, king size sleigh
bed, en-suite shower room, colour TV, tea & coffee making
facilities. The
facility has complimentary internet facilities.
This room has its own small conservatory which goes
out onto the cliff top garden.
We also have a Middle Eastern styled lounge and a 26ft
colonial conservatory where you can relax and watch
television and enjoy a glass of wine, or perhaps in
the warm weather you can sit outside on our garden decking
and watch the sun go down on the breathtaking views,
or alternatively, on cooler days/nights, you may wish
to sit under our pergola which transforms by drop down
sides into a 'Tenerife' Garden Room with full views
of the sea and garden
Local to the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. Nearby
access to coastal path into Teignmouth and beyond. Two
hours from the Eden Project, 13miles to the Historic
city of Exeter and 8 miles to Torquay. We have secure
off road parking (CCTV).
Prices start from £30.00 per person per night which
includes breakfast cooked in a logburning oven. We offer
an extensive menu which caters for vegetarians and is
served in the 26ft conservatory with sea views.
We are open from April - October although availability
is limited and booking is recommended especially during
the holiday seasons.
